Allegheny Health Network Home Medical Equipment is hiring a Customer Service Representative in our Rehab department working in our Ford City location- then transitioning to a work from home position. Our customer service reps are the voice and heart of our company. They work closely with health care providers and insurance companies to ensure our patients get the quality, seamless service they deserve. We do have a mandatory COVID vaccination policy, however, accommodation is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New patient intake activities
• Assessing the needs of the customer
• Order accuracy
• Customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service experience working in Rehab
• Previous data entry experience a plus
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
