- A local bank is seeking an individual to take inbound calls to answer questions about account information and basic banking questions.
- Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must speak Spanish
- Must have a professional and strong phone presence
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered
- Any candidate with banking experience is a plus
There is also an opening in the Elyria/Lorain office.
