Prepaid Solutions Specialist
The key responsibilities of this role will support day to day operations of Prepaid Cards. All tasks are to be performed in compliance with established internal control procedures and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing consistent high quality customer service
· Enter various data elements as needed into the processing system including card orders
· Manage the communications with bank and clients.
· Handle customer calls, provide solutions and take ownership for complex customer issues including follow up when necessary
· Create, analyze and maintain reports and provide analysis to management
· Research, respond, and process cardholder requests including statements, closures, profile/account changes and refunds
· Monitor Decline Reports for possible violations and/or fraudulent attempts
· Provides subject matter expertise and demonstrates extensive, in-depth knowledge of all Cliq Prepaid products, policies, and procedures
· Perform card services, review applications, handle card distribution, reissuance and suspensions.
· Support the operations team in all aspects of program management including data entry, reporting, program set up, and development.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments
· Answer phone calls, emails and fax; process various account requests
· Consistently adheres to company policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 years of relevant customer service, card services or banking experience
· Previous experience on a multi-line phone and/or call center
· Good decision making, communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of card management, on-line security, settlement and processing system strongly preferred
· Knowledge of network operating rules
· Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy, ever-changing environment
· Fundamental desire and ability to provide exceptional customer service
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working with a team
· Must have professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
· Highly motivated and self-assured; good interpersonal skills; and a hands-on problem solver
· Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Compensation: $22.00 an hour DOE, great benefits package including a health plan, 401k with company contribution, life insurance, and a generous PTO policy.
