Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will work with a wide variety of customers while managing our existing accounts. We are specifically looking for an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication and computer skills. Attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, positive attitude and professionalism are important factors required. Customer service experience in a call center environment is a plus. This position involves a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking and must be cross-trained to perform other departmental tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer inbound phone requests from customers about service-related product information and inquiries.
- Assist customers / clients via phone and email regarding pricing inquiries.
- Contact prospects to assist in expanding our client portfolio
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g. invoices, orders)
- Address clients' questions / concerns performing as a direct liaison between our clients and manager
- During down-time, learning about our product, monitoring competitors pricing seeking possible improvements on our websites based on the analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Experience with a variety of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Customer sales calls experience and learning about our products is essential.
- Must be career minded and willing to wear multiple hats in a small office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $850.00 per week
