We are hiring Full-time Customer Service Team Leaders.

**MUST be available full time**

Schedule:

Shift (1) Opening Shift 8:30am - 4:30

Shift (2) Closing Shift 10am - 6pm

Must be available Saturdays and Sundays during certain holidays. Holidays are busy times for us.

Applicants with 2 years Sales and Customer Service experience should apply. We are looking for a team player that is ready to learn our system for customer service and sales. Our focus is on meeting sales goals while providing exceptional customer service, whether it be on the phone or for our walk-in customers. Basic computer knowledge necessary.

Individuals with experience with various social media platforms is a plus +++

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Provide appropriate recommendations and coordinate all sales with detail and precision.
• Post on our social media platforms daily with new products, sales, and upcoming events

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Marketing and social media
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Confidence in products we offer and and an aptitude to sell
• Be a people person with the ability to utilize these skill to complete the sale
• We are looking for outgoing team members with excellent social skills
• This is an active position, up on your feet most of the day

Job Scenarios:

• Ability to handle emotional situations like like selling flowers for a funeral
• Manage connections with our big corporate clients
• Answer phone questions from our brides with confidence and ease

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
