J&B Medical has an entry level career opportunity available for a customer service representative to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable individual that is excited about learning and growing in this industry. This position requires strong customer service, high work ethic and sharp communication skills (written and verbal). You will be engaging with customers as they enter our store and assisting them with product selection based on their needs or routing them to other staff as necessary. Must be computer literate and able to work in a sometimes, very busy environment that includes retail sales and insurance billing/intake and inventory management. Experience in healthcare is not required but would be a plus. You must be able to pass a background screening check.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer's questions and solve problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer's complaints about products or services.
• Demonstrate basic problem solving techniques for common issues.
• Know how to use basic office software.
• Keep customers happy.
• Keep up with the latest trends in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
