Customer Service Representative Job at Northside Concepts
$15.00 - $18.50 an hour
Northside Concepts is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join our team of remote, dedicated professionals. In this position, you will be focusing on customer experience in order to foster past customer relationships and build new relationships to grow our customer base.
Duties
- Communicate with prospective and current customers via email, chat message, and phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner
- Assists with management of emails and in-bound calls and chat messages
- Assist with taking client purchase orders
- Follow up with with clients to insure satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints in a reasonable and professional fashion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently, but willing to ask questions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a quiet working area with a stable internet connection
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer service is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite products including Gmail and Google Drive
