We are seeking a well-rounded customer service team member. Someone who anticipates what is needed next and will go above and beyond to deliver first class service. We would like you to be full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules. We love insurance experience, but also have a position for someone new to the industry.

We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. We know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. Come join us at our agency on Main Street, Rogers MN or our new renovated agency in Brooklyn Park in a prime location off 610/Zane Ave N. Like to golf? We even have a golf simulator!

The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN with plans to continue our growth. We have offices in Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Rogers. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

Salary Range: $39000.00 - $51500.00 per year

• First person to answer incoming phone calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers and within the community.
• Responds to customers via phone and email.
• Process customer payments, ID cards, basic policy changes.
• Assist in managing our online presence along with social media.
• Look for additional opportunities in the household with additional policies.
• Assist sales team with administrative tasks.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Experience in insurance, office settings, or retail is a plus.
• Knowledge in social media and comfortable navigating the internet.
• Insurance License - We will help you obtain.
