POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, servicing, and supporting through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven interactions with customers and our team members. This role requires individuals who are customer-focused, responsible, dedicated, enthusiastic & confident with strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Respond and track Customer Service trouble tickets to provide solutions to inquiries or service related issues, in a remote workspace.
• Help track Customer Service analytics in regards to daily performance HOW?
• Effectively manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline; includes managing expectations and escalating delays to leader in timely manner.
• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to close
• Adapt existing content
• Create, enforce & monitor brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with team members as applicable to ensure a stellar customer experience.
• Utilize reporting to identify bottlenecks in the customer service and sales cycle.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer service and sales process, resolve inconsistencies and provide insightful feedback to management to improve efficiency across the customer service style and sales cycle.
• Develop positive relations with customers to help drive productivity working in a remote, fast paced environment.
• Effectively execute regular conflict resolution.
• Additional duties as requested.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service. Ability to make decisions based off of data analytics.

Technology: Gorgias and Shopify expierience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
