Position Summary:

A dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing superior service to our customers by providing product and service information. This position assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. The candidate must have experience in handling large accounts.

Duties and responsibilities:

· This position assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information and products or services

· Process orders make changes or cancel orders by following order entry procedures

· Initiate callbacks to and follow up with customers in the event of backorders and other unexpected changes or delays

· Active collaboration with multiple departments and purpose partners to satisfy customer needs

· Document and communicate customer feedback including complaints to management

· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail

· Attend product and customer related meetings as required

· Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting information and analyzing customer needs

· Accurately price orders using computer system, special promos, or job quotes as applicable

· Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

· Generally, the job requires 85% sitting, 10% walking, 5% standing

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a customer service environment

· Basic Math Skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Proficient use of computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, while assisting customers over the phone, email and in person

· Ability to interact at a high level of professionalism with others, including co-workers, vendors, and customers

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
