We are partnering with a local company in search of adding an additional Customer Service Representative to their team on a Temp-to-Perm basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience prior experience within a Call Center environment managing 80+ inbound calls daily with poised professionalism and simultaneously be able to document while on the phone.
Location: Bedford, NH (onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly / DOE
Schedule: 9am-5pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing high-inbound call volumes
- Assist with lead qualifications, price estimating, account setups, and general assistance with customers
- Maintain up to date information related to service, billing, and payment processing
- Coordinate with field operations to address customer concerns or issues
- Previous Call Center experience with high-inbound calls
- Dedicated to deliver exceptional customer service with superb written/verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and document phone calls while speaking with customers live
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM
