CSR/Receptionist

R.F. Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a CSR/Receptionist to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Who we are:

For over 30 years, R.F. Technologies, Inc. has been one of the largest independent repair centers of wireless drive-thru headsets in the United States. With multiple strategically located repair centers, we service the Quick Serve Restaurant industry (QSRs, ie. McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc.) We are experiencing massive growth and are in need of a Receptionist/CSR in our Buffalo Grove, IL location.

About the role:

The CSR/Receptionist will be responsible for professionally greeting and assisting any walk-in customers, assisting customers with questions and orders, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department/person, filing, and other general office duties.

Primary Duties:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Placing customer orders into the system
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department/person
• Filing daily invoices
• Making sure mail gets sent out daily
• Distributing mail received
• General customer service

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of receptionist experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred, not required)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent phone manners
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Must be high energy, positive and motivated individual
