We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Nicholasville Branch.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. You will also assist customers with routine service requests and identify and act on referral opportunities for new products by recognizing customer needs.
You will accurately processes routine bank transactions including but not limited to check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, account transfers and loan payments. You will execute customer service standards to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems, and identify customers’ financial needs, and maintain and balance a working cash supply.
While displaying a positive and professional attitude, you will work closely with the manager and branch team to generate new business and seek opportunities to refer customers to other lines of business including mortgages, cash management, commercial lending and trust.
You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in branch campaigns and incentives.
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service and sales skills, excellent oral communication and listening skills, and high level of professionalism. Computer proficiency and knowledge of (or ability to learn) the bank’s operating systems, policies and procedures a must.
One to two years of retail/customer service and sales experience. Cash handling experience highly preferred.
