After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at this time). In general this timeframe tends to be 3-4 months. Note that there will be situations when someone may choose or be asked to return onsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a Customer Service Representative - Web, you make the 4imprint brand come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they’ve ever had through online communications!
You’ll be assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing product suggestions, detailed information, product samples, pricing and quotes, and coordinating guaranteed on-time delivery. You’ll also gather any imprint information from our customers and create clear instructions for our art team so they can produce the artwork necessary for memorable promotional products.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Respond to web-generated customer inquiries via Chat-line to provide customers with detailed product information.
  • Assist with 4care and Sales Support when available.
  • Provide clear and timely artwork instructions for the art team to be sure the customer’s imprint is as requested.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in order to meet customer’s specific timelines.
  • Accurately enter customer purchasing information on a PC-based order processing system.
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers regarding samples, order status, and resolution of problems.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm or more.
  • Minimum 1-year sales/customer service experience.
  • Level 2 or higher preferred.
