Type: Full-Time - Part-time position

Location: Remote

  • Remote setting with friendly, team-oriented staff.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (Social Security Card, Work Permit, or Birth Certificate)

Rate: Based on experience

  • Starting Salary (based on experience): $21.00 to $28.00 per hour

As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will:

  • Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our ecommerce website
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Candidates must have:

  • A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
  • The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must be available:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekend Opportunities- Saturday-Sunday
