Braxton Brewing Company is looking for a qualified closing cook for our CVG Airport location! We're seeking an energetic Line Cook who is familiar and comfortable with restaurant kitchen procedures and daily tasks: food prep, required line cooking and proper closing / sanitation procedures. Kitchen closes at 9pm, done by 9:30-10. NO LATE NIGHTS!

Guaranteed full time hours. Benefits available for full time employees.

This experience is key to our kitchen’s success ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and proper handling of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Help bartenders with fruit cutting and minor prep for bar area
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Accepts feedback and lives out the Braxton Core Values
• Willingness to work as a team regarding deliveries, dishes, and prep.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Qualifications:1-2 (+) years of proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, full-service restaurant cook or prep cook.

Dependable cook with reliable transportation or ability to manage the bus schedule to ensure that all closing work is completed correctly. We open at 4:30am, so "close to open" is a way of life at Braxton.
