The TKO program is seeking a Principle Systems Engineer to act as a Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead in support of the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO. The TTO Lead will be responsible for managing two technical task orders ~140 FTEs within the Lockheed Martin Cyber Solutions ACS portfolio.

The TTO Lead will serve as the main point of contact for the program's branch leadership (chiefs and TDs) about staffing, performance issues, personnel issues, technical issues, as well as future/direction of the branches. The Lead shall use expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 20 years or more of systems engineering experience; or 18 years with a related Masters or PhD degree; or 24 years with a High School Diploma.

Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
