Cybersecurity Architect - Connectivity Job at FCA
Cybersecurity Architect - Connectivity will play a pivotal role in shaping the implementation of new Telematics Control Unit (TCU) platforms at Stellantis. In this role, you will define cybersecurity architecture, guide developers with designing and implementing solutions meeting Stellantis cybersecurity and feature requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting product milestones, regulatory requirements as well as mentoring team members. In addition to development teams, you will be working with system integration, security validation, penetration test teams as well as regional regulatory agencies and internal governance bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include:
Working closely with Stellantis Product cybersecurity teams for vehicle architecture and cybersecurity policies and requirements
Working with suppler on Threat Assessment Risk Analysis, review previous work on platform and reassess where required.
Guide Hardware and software supplier teams with security implementations for the NAD (Network Access Device) and MCU (Micro Controller)
Remediate threats coming from the TARA and on an ongoing basis
Support cybersecurity validations and reviews
Penetration testing support and remediations
Work with Stellantis PKI and ICT folks for supplier and product integration
Enforce secure coding practices and monitor security scan reports

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
8 years related work experience
Significant experience working with Linux-like software systems and AUTOSAR software development with cybersecurity responsibility
Secure boot principles, authenticated firmware
HSM, Secure Execution Environment
Cryptography, PKI, Message authentication
NAD, Application Processor, SoC, CAN, HSM, SEE
Application security, API, Permission management, sandboxing
Protection Profiles, Common Criteria
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Regulatory requirements - eCall, Firmware updates, CSMS (UNECE R.155, R156)

Experience with native software engineering stacks (C/C++)
Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in the field of computer science, Cybersecurity, Information systems, or software engineering with minimum of 12 years work experience
Industry knowledge in the Connectivity or Cockpit or Cloud solution development in automotive or consumer space
Technology exposure to 4G/5G Modem, DSRC, C-V2X, Ultra Wide Band, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, TLS, DTLS, MQTT, OMA-DM, LWM2M
V2X Security concepts
Understanding of hypervisor principles, virtualization concepts and containerization technologies
Experience with multiple vehicle architectures, diagnostics
Understanding of signal, API and service-oriented interface design
Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices
