DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a DATA-2000 waived Physician to provide services at our Xenia location. S/he is responsible for providing direct client services that address DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre's mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. This position has the ability to utilize flex hours/days to best serve the needs of our clients. Must be available to work 3-5 days per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Direct patient care and knowledge of substance abuse and appropriate medical therapies
• Provide medical services to a growing medical practice utilizing Medication-Assisted Treatment (Buprenorphine, Naltrexone).
• Provide and for obtain the following therapeutic services as determined by the Treatment Team and specified in the client’s Individual Treatment Plan: individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, community activities, Facility visits, vocational training, and follow-up care.
• Comply with all new and current policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre
• Work with administrative/team managers in order to improve the quality of services through on-going studies of existing services, and needs assessment for improvement and revisions
• Direct knowledge of substance abuse, correct documentation procedures, and current therapeutic methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from an accredited medical school.
• S/he must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• Willingness to work with a multi-disciplinary team to best serve our clients through a combination of medication monitoring, individual and group counseling.
• Minimum of one (1) years experience in a substance abuse facility or a combination of substance abuse and mental health.
