The production data group (PDG) members are Business Systems Analysts. PDG is the primary liaison between prototype and production. Their work sets up all new products to function properly within the SAP production system. They also initiate all updates required by current product changes, set up custom products to be built and sold properly, and help production management and IT to develop new processes and reports needed for continuous improvement throughout the company. This work includes touching all manufactured and purchased materials, and working with the Design, Tooling, NC programing, VC, Accounting, IT, Reconciling, Scheduling, Assembly, Project Management, and the Component division groups.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Work is assigned, and general instructions are given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
• Participates in various aspects of applications development and support.
• Contributes in the creation of detailed project plans and assists in the management and control of assigned projects and tasks.
• Effectively communicate and work with other team members (from business sectors and other IT teams) to develop system requirements.
• Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
• Escalates non-standard problems or issues.
• Assists in testing solutions.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with both IS and business personnel.
• SAP Experience.
