ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage electronic safety data system to develop reports and dashboards to effectively convey safety trends across the asset.
• Collaborate with asset team members to make EHS data visible that will be used to make informed operational decisions to minimize risk.
• Develop processes to structure large data sets to improve the usability of the data.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Perform analysis of incident action development applicability and sustainability.
• Support and coach asset personnel with performance target development, data acquisition and usage to meet business unit safety objectives.
• Compile and analyze safety data from multiple sources to ensure the customer is provided clear and concise hazard trend.
• Integral part of the Bakken Safety Committee Data Sub-committee that will provide technical analysis and communication useful data amongst business units.
• Utilize SAP to develop workorders and purchase orders as required.
• Provide management with recommendations to improve data gathering and evaluate systems and processes.
• Support development of enterprise-wide data system improvements
• Perform administrative tasks associated with contractor management utilizing applicable software
• Perform and mange contractor improvement plans as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Must be able to show specific knowledge of data management principles.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with cross functional teams
• Industrial / Oilfield experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft)
• Ability to utilize or learn SAP software

Education, Training & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
