Position Summary
Reporting to the Grants Manager, the Data and Reporting Coordinator will ensure the growth of our programs by managing and coordinating the continuing development and growth of our client database, managing quarterly performance measurement meetings and improving communication with programs about performance measurement, manage our efforts to survey clients about Our
House programming, coordinate grant reporting procedures, and support communications with donors about the success of Our House programs. The Data and Reporting Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
Responsibilities

Our House must remain committed to ongoing, meaningful performance measurement and quality improvement. Other job responsibilities:
● Maintain strong core performance measures that are objective, quantitative, directly tied to core program goals, easily understandable and compelling.
● Manage Our House performance measurement and survey systems, including the Our House
Client Database, and ensure proper communication and coordination with programs about their outputs and outcomes through performance measurement meetings.
● Collaborate with client database developers to ensure proper database performance, strategize database updates, and streamline database processes.
● Provide support to the Grants Manager and programs by leading grant reporting and compliance activities, including recordkeeping, reporting, ongoing internal monitoring, tracking performance measures, interpreting data, and more.
● Coordinate with programs to ensure they are knowledgeable of their grant program goals, reporting activities, and in compliance with all grant performance measurements.
● Aid in the training and continuing development of organization-wide standards for recording and tracking data in our client database, as well as supporting program evaluation measures relating to compliance and issues related to grant funding requirements.
● Manage the processes and coordinate with third-party vendors to deploy client surveys, interpret data, respond to client feedback, and communicate results to staff members, clients, and funders.
● Creatively identify new measurement possibilities to effectively demonstrate performance in all program areas.
● Support the Grants Manager in the development of strong and successful funding applications, including writing compelling narratives, assembling strong supporting documents, and developing and maintaining relationships with funders.
● Support the Our House Development Team by aiding in the creation of materials promoting Our House program outcomes for external communications with donors and supporters of Our House.
● Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The Data and Reporting Coordinator will be thoroughly committed to Our House’s mission. All candidates should have the following qualifications and experience.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
● Strong organizational and quantitative skills.
● Prior experience using excel or other data software preferred, as well as experience managing database systems.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize goals efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
● Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative.
● Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
● Passion, idealism, initiative, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
● Background in data analysis preferred.
Other Requirements
● Must be able to pass criminal background and child and adult maltreatment screens.
● COVID-19 vaccination required or must meet the legal guidelines for an exemption.
Salary and Benefits
● This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
● Benefits include employee health insurance (employee premiums paid by Our House) and optional dental, vision, and life insurance (paid by employee) (all available after 60 days of employment) and 401k with Our House matching up to 4% of wages contributed (available after 12 months of employment).
● 10 days of annual leave per year.
● 8 days of holiday leave per year including a “birthday holiday.”
● 15 days additional leave for illness/”requirements of life.”
