FedPointis a versatile, growing administrator of large-scale insurance and benefits programs. Located in Portsmouth NH, we are a 450+ employee company with a strong employee-centered culture. The staff is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule, allowing for telework 3 days per week. We are seeking a Data Coordinator for a temporary role within our compliance team.


The Data Coordinator
is responsible for administering the data collection and distribution process for recurring reports. This includes managing electronic data/document storage, working with the business owners to obtain missing information, maintaining record of receipt of performance metrics, maintaining current report distribution lists and appropriate access to the associated reports and supporting data, and allocating standard work across team members. This person will also aggregate standard data, perform quality assurance checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, and compile regularly scheduled reports.

Required:

  • 1+ years’ experience handling data and related calculations such as reconciliation, or performance measures such as KPIs, or other quality assurance.
  • Experience interacting with varying levels of the business, and keeping data collection on task to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Minimum intermediate level skills in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience reviewing/managing permissions and working with navigation a plus, in addition to knowledge of data transmission/ automated file generation concepts such as feed files, SSRS, or FTP type processes.
  • Proven strong professional / client communication skills, both written and verbal, to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and take responsibility to resolve issues and deliver reports that meet varied stakeholder needs.
  • Familiarity with the importance of information security and compliance.
  • Self-directed with the ability to effectively work independently and take initiative, as well as be effective as a member of a small cohesive team.
  • Attention to detail with proven organization and time management skills, ability to set, as well as quickly adapt to changing priorities, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical resources.
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities helpful. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

College coursework or certificate in business or communications. General knowledge of workflow and data capture concepts such as imaging a plus.
