Job Overview
Responsible for the overall data entry by registering information in the database. Support and handle any customer service to our end-users by answering questions via email, phone online chat, and in person. The representative is responsible to enter information into our database for the end uses in a timely and accurate and professional manner.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated account information
- Establishes entry priorities
- Enters data requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Receive and promptly respond to customer queries via phone, email, or online chat
- Log into Chat Support daily
- Document Issues and Resolutions
- Develop Customer Service Solutions
- Resolve problems
- Identify Possible Website Errors
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met successfully
- Problem-solving and time management.
Qualification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience or related experience
- Quick typing skills
