Are you an analytical thinker? Do you thrive in a heads down, back office position? We are looking for an AP Clerk to join a growing team in the Columbia/Irmo area. AP knowledge is not necessary, but basic Excel skills are a plus! This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a great team environment.
Description
- Review invoices, daily
- Match up the item receipt with the invoice to confirm accuracy or discrepancy
- Service the invoice
- Manually key invoices
- Create spreadsheets and manage data in MS Excel
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma
- Analytical thinker
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Data entry
- Attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits:
- Temporary to hire opportunity
- $15/hr
- Access to basic healthcare coverage
- Normal business hours: M-F 8am to 4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
