Essential Responsibilities:

· Receiving, opening, and sorting of multiple daily shipments, comparing contents to data sheets, separating them out, and setting them forward on their respective testing processes.

· Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
· Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
· Keep information confidential

Desired Qualities:
· Proven data entry working experience
· Trustworthy attention to detail
· Ability and desire to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks as well as computer-based data entry and proofing

· Ability to adapt and problem solve when things don’t go according to plan

· Can recognize patterns and learn from them
· High computer literacy
· High school diploma
· Proficiency in English

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 2-4 additional years of relevant work experience. Associates degree or higher a plus, but not required.
