You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. The following are important details concerning this position:

• 
  Days: Monday - Friday
• Pay Day-Shift - $15.00/hour; after 90 days, $0.50 raise, $15.50. Evenings work available, same starting pay
• Where: Monroe, MI; Newport, MI; and Dundee, MI
• Health Care and 401k programs (employee contribution rules apply)
• $400 Attendance Bonus Paid out over first 90 days (restrictions apply)

$15 hourly

While every day will be different, typical tasks include:

• 
  Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc., in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners
• Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc

• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Must be a hard worker with great attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
