Day Program Director for Youth Job at Pinnacle Family Services
In search of a full-time, child & adolescent (0-21) Day Program Director. Candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the day program for Cumberland and surrounding counties. Candidate will manage, hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the assigned geographic area and develop growth strategies to maintain and grow the program.
Education/experience/licensure requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required
- Required to meet North Carolina state mandated requirements of a Qualified Professional
- Experience supervising and managing staff required
- Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families preferred
Other requirements:
- Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license)
