Job Functions Include:

• Assist in activities designed to encourage a child's curiosity & exploration.
• Maintain a safe and exciting learning environment.
• Work with the teachers to develop age-appropriate schedules and routines to promote physical, intellectual, and social growth.
• Interact daily with parents and caregivers; maintaining open and cooperative communication with families.
• Follow health and safety standards for the benefit of all students and fellow staff.
• Foster a flexible and positive mindset, with solid organizational and communication skills.
• Complying with licensing and state regulations.
• Ability to lift children up to 40 pounds.

Benefits Include:

Highschool Aide $14.00/hour

Entry Level Aides $15.00/hour

Assistant Teachers starting at $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour based on experience and or assortment of college credits.
