Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic day care teacher to join one of our Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children under their care.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the classroom
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
• Observe and document children's progress, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive team environment
• Attend regular staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Experience is preferred, not required
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment and establish positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check and fingerprinting clearance

Pay is based on experiences. $12-$17/hr.
