Zinnia ABA is the leading provider for in home ABA therapy. You will have the opportunity to work with families in real world settings and put in place behavior programs that focus on improving the client's quality of life. The overriding goal of Zinnia ABA Services is to enhance the autonomy and quality of life of individuals, and others who support them. Each Zinnia ABA client has a behavior support plan and it is the responsibility of the behavior technician to work with caregivers, and/or staff, to put in place strategies within this plan and achieve the desired outcomes.

What we are looking for:

· Caring, patient, organized and passionate individuals who enjoy working with children

· Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities is plus and very desired

· Prior experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is highly desired

· Education in ABA, child development, or psychology

· Spanish or other Bi-lingual speaker is a PLUS

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and people we serve

· Flexibility to work in the home, school, community, and online telehealth setting

· Ability to walk, stand, stoop, run, and sit on the floor and play with children

· Availability open during the afternoons

Pre-Employment Requirements:

· Valid Drivers License, Reliable transportation with auto insurance and clean driving record

· Fingerprint Clearance

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

· Must have either a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (required)

· RBT Certification and In-Person CPR

Experience working with children with special needs

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
