$16.50 per hour starting pay for staff who are able to work morning, daytime during the week or late night shifts. Staff that are hired for opening or closing shifts will start at $17.50 per hour. As a crew member you will be trained on all key areas of the restaurant. Once those areas are mastered crew members are eligible to advance to higher positions including Trainer, Production Manager and Shift Manager with corresponding higher pay rates and benefits.
