We currently have an outstanding opportunity for an energetic individual to play a significant role in a growing small business with unlimited growth potential. This is a PART-TIME position (Approx 20 hours per week).

TruDream Properties, LLC is a rapidly growing, A-rated real estate business specializing in the acquisition and sale of vacant land throughout the United States. We buy and sell hundreds of parcels every year and are dedicated to bringing a piece of the American dream to everyday people by allowing them to buy land at affordable prices! We offer a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing and filing Deeds to buy and sell land
• Hiring mobile notaries for Deed signing, when needed
• Sending checks to Sellers for land we purchase
• Researching Deed requirements when we enter a new State/County
• Utilizing filing software to file Deeds, where available.
• Computing filing and transfer taxes for Deeds that must be filed by mail
• Saving Deeds and other scanned mail to the proper windows folders
• Keeping windows folders organized
• Gathering property tax info and paying taxes
• Taking operator calls from potential buyers/sellers, etc.
• And any other tasks the candidate demonstrates he/she is able to handle!

What Skills & Traits Will You Need to Succeed:

• Must be very very detail oriented and organized!
• Strong computer, software and internet skills – especially with MS Office.
• No degree required, but any related degree a big plus!
• We will train on our software systems, but any experience with Infusionsoft/Keap or Simplifile a big plus!
• Any experience with Deeds a big plus!
