Immanuel is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional weekend shift will be required.

What You Will Do
The overall purpose of this job is to provide customer service to visitors and residents, and administrative support for management. The responsibilities of this job include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, keeping records, coordinating activities, supporting special projects, and maintaining a dependable and efficient workspace.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED is required.
One (1) year of general administrative/secretarial or related experience is required.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
