Position Summary:
Deli Leads are critical to the success of our deli and co-op. The position supports the Deli Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes.
Specific areas of accountability include customer service, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), health and safety, daily operations and merchandising, and sustaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Location: 740 East 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55106
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 6am - 2pm. Current shifts may vary and can include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on department needs.

Essential Job Functions:
This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 50lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system, move around our store and storage rooms with or without reasonable accommodation.
