Job Description

The Delivery Coordinator (Aftermarket Sales) presents and sells accessory and aftermarket products for our new and used vehicles, including added appearance features and protection options. He or she helps keep track of vehicle order status, prepares/completes all customer paperwork, and works with the Sales Department, Service Department, and the customer to arrange installation and delivery.

The ideal candidate for this position has proven sales experience, a confident personality, strong customer service skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, staff, and management. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, an outgoing personality, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Experience is wanted but not required, on the job training for two weeks is provided to the candidate selected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Presents and sells accessory and aftermarket products for our new and used vehicles, including added appearance features and protection options
  • Completes all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
  • Coordinates with customers and staff on deliveries/installation as needed
  • Follows up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with vehicles and any aftermarket products/services
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, value add products/services, financing options, servicing plans, promotions, and industry trends
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Negotiation expertise
  • An impressive work ethic
  • Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
  • Experience working in a customer service role a plus
