Mango Logistics, Inc. is an independent service provider for FedEx Ground that operates out of the FedEx terminal in Fort Mill, SC. We are looking to fill full time and part time driver positions to deliver and pickup packages for a well established FedEx Ground route in the Fort Mill and Rock Hill areas.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire experienced delivery drivers with experience in a commercial vehicle. Your typical day will begin at the terminal around 7:30am. From there you will organize your truck, assist in loading, and dispatch parcel delivery to local businesses and private residences (upwards of 140 stops per day).

Our business operates seven days a week Monday through Sunday. Most employees work 5 days, some 6 days, but specific days are negotiable. Work hours are approximately 7:30am until route completed (typically by 4-5pm). Extended hours may be needed during holiday season. Working weekends is mandatory to start.

We are a close knit team that is looking to bring on additional hard working, dependable, team players that are compensated accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (CDL is not required)
• 1 year minimum professional driving experience
• Pass pre-employment screens, DOT physical, and random drug screenings as required
• Meet physical demands of the job (packages can weigh up to 150lbs)
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in routes and volume as well as work additional hours when necessary
• Clean criminal and driving record
• No felonies and no DWI/DUI convictions in the past 7 years
• No more than 2 speeding tickets or other minor traffic violations in the past 3 years
• No history of reckless driving
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Must be able to read/write/converse in English
• 21 years or older
