Kenvue is currently recruiting for Demand Planning – IT Manager. This position reports to the Senior Manager and is based in Skillman, New Jersey, USA, or any other Johnson & Johnson Global Consumer Health location and may have remote work capabilities.

What will you do

Planning is fundamental to the ongoing success of Kenvue. With a global attitude, the Anaplan lead will collaborate closely with business partners to continually improve Anaplan end to end Demand planning processes. Responsible for business process analysis, and design on Anaplan solution and also contribute to shaping of agile user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted technology partner, working with business and IT partners to identify unmet needs, and to propose and deliver innovative IT solutions.
  • Lead the functional/technical discovery process for Consumer Demand planning Anaplan and other platforms, gathering scope and requirements, producing functional specifications for solutions.
  • Support on application reliability.
  • Proactively match business needs with existing Kenvue plan capabilities.
  • Provide rapid prototyping and conceptual designs where requirements are ambiguous or unproven.
  • Guarantee quality in what is being delivered by third parties and adherence to the business requirements.
  • Responsible for leading and delivering Enhancements and Smaller projects related to Demand planning in Anaplan
  • Support the implementation of Anaplan across the globe
  • Actively support continuous process improvement to enhance business performance
  • Partner with business owner to ensure delivery of the product SLAs
  • Review and approve changes to the Planning applications
  • Be open to learning by cultivating professional relationships inside and outside of Kenvue including building a good understanding of best practices in other countries in order to re-use or create new harmonized solutions wherever possible.
  • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility

Qualifications


What we are looking for

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
  • 5+ years of Anaplan supply chain planning preferably in Demand Planning
  • Experience with some business supply chain experience ideally in a planning area preferably in the Consumer industry or life sciences industry
  • Experience implementing Anaplan, OMP, SAP APO or other planning systems
  • Experience of working in projects deploying Planning systems or complex data management processes
  • Experience in solution design and Architecture
  • Experience in E2E Supply chain processes and in implementing complex IT solutions in e.g, Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Advanced planning and Material Planning capabilities
  • Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse global teams across time-zones
  • Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues
  • Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization
  • Ability to coach/grow peers and team members
  • Experience driving business value through information technology

Preferred:

  • Experience with Consumer Health or Life Science industry with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing Anaplan with integrations with IICS and other applications.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of Anaplan Supply Chain experience with the desire to grow their capabilities to improve Kenvue’s business performance.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management delivering small and medium-scale projects in Plan
  • This position may require travel up to 25%

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97000to $145,000.
