Mangat Family Dentistry P.C. is looking for a self-motivated, quick learner and a valuable team player to add to our growing team. Are you a dental assistant looking for an enjoyable and flexible position where you will be trained and compensated well? As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting the oversight of our day to day operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make patients feel comfortable and welcomed!
• Chairside assist doctor and assist hygienist when needed.
• Oversee and maintain supplies log and the ordering of dental supplies.
• Maintain and process instruments for sterilization.
• Be able to take digital dental radiographs.

Additional duties may include:

• Be able to answer phones in a friendly and professional manner to assist callers.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of dental terminology is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• X-ray certification is preferred.

Part/Full Time opportunity available. All applicants are encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Vacation and Simple IRA after one year.
