We are currently located next to West Marion Community Hospital but will be relocating to 17th Street in Ocala in 2023.

Responsibilities will eventually include chairside assisting during surgeries but will start in a more accessory role. We are looking for a smart, hard working iindividual with a great personality who can provide excellent customer service for our patients and is comfortable communicating both in person and on the phone when needed. The applicant should work well in a team and be easily trainable. Basic computer skills including typing are an essential part of the job.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing for the days schedule.
• Setting up and cleaning treatment rooms.
• Taking patients back to the treatment room.
• Getting a history from the patient.
• Removing sutures.
• Training patients on oral hygiene.
• Assisting the doctor chairside with surgical procedures.
• Following up with patients on the phone.
• Assisting other team members.
• Taking radiographs.
• Taking photos.
• Entering notes into the computer.
• Cleaning common areas.
• Cleaning and sterilizng instruments.
• Taking impressions and pouring up models.

We are willing to train the right individual. We have trained people with no experience before. Our last "newbie" hire has been with us for 5 years now!

• Mon 8:30am-3pm
• Tu/W/Th 8:30am-4:30pm
• F: 7:30am-3:30pm

We have a short paid lunch between patients so we don't take a whole hour for lunch that could be time spent with family instead. These hours are subject to change.
