We are a growing dental practice looking for a friendly and communicative team member who is a critical thinker, a great communicator, and has excellent customer service skills who wants to be part of a dynamic, growing practice. Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and the community.

- Our office is looking for someone who has attention to detail.
- With great communication skills.
- A bubbly outgoing personality.
- With excellent customer service who always puts patient care as a primary goal.
- Must be punctual, proactive, a team player, and a thorough communicator! Keep the doctor, and back team aware of changes to the schedule.
- An efficient multi-tasker is a plus!
Some of the Job Duties:
- Greeting & checking patients in, verifying paperwork, and consent forms.
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Update insurance information on all patients at all times, able to do breakdowns and verify.
- Organize supporting materials for insurance claim forms, (radiographs or narratives, as directed by a doctor).
- Providing support to other team members of the office as needed.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, obtaining breakdowns, entering into software correctly, understanding frequencies, and how to apply for the patient's appointment.
- Presenting treatment plans, creating value and importance of treatment, and knowledge of different payment options.
- Proactive with patient communications (responding back to text messages and emails quickly and efficiently).
Requirements:
- Dental Experience is Required.
- Knowledge of Dental Terminology and Basic Insurance.
- Experience with dental insurance and background required.
- Speaking a second language is a plus!
