Responsibilities as outlined by the State of Missouri. Looking for self starter who is punctual and reliable. We are currently hiring a part time RDH that can choose either/or the following: Every other Saturdays or every Saturday and every other Thursday. You can choose either one or both days.
Pension is 15% of salary paid directly to you every 3 months. You do not need to contribute., its 100% paid by employer. Therefore 15% pension bumps up your hourly wage from 41.00/hr to 47.15/hr. This 15% pension bumps up your hourly wage of 52.50/hr to 60.53/hr. Again you get this every 3 months paid directly to you in a check.
What defines the base pay? If you schedule one patient per hour your base pay is 41.00/hr. If you schedule a patient every 45 minutes your base pay is $52.50/hr.
Bonus of $10/hr for every quadrant of SRP. Bonus of $10/hr for every adult that in your professional opinion would benefit from fluoride treatment or from long term care of Fluoride.
We are located in 4181 Loughborough right off Highway 55. We have Dentrix., Dexis and Itero. We are a 2 dentist office and not corporate owned.

COVID-19 considerations:
We have installed specialized air purifiers in each room that exchange room air every 6 minutes . The filter goes down to .003 microns which is 3X smaller than the corona virus . We also have UV lights in addition to cleaning with disinfectants

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dental Hygiene: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
