Requirements:

• Must have previous dental management experience
• Dentrix software proficiency (or other dental-based software)
• Complete understanding of private dental insurance
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Supervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
• Formulate as well as implement policies and manage the daily operation
• Manage human resources and plan the use of materials
• Ability to supervise staff
• Ability to explain treatment plans effectively to patients
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
