Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

• Answering patient phone calls.
• Greet patients and check them in upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Check patients out upon completion of their appointment.
• Manage and schedule Dentists and hygienists schedules to optimum productivity.
• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Communicate with other professional offices.
• Verify insurance and submit claims.
• Post personal and insurance payments to patient accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
