Dr. Bob's Dental Care on Elmwood Avenue is looking for someone to join their team. We are looking for an individual who is looking to be a team player, someone organized and efficient, and reliable. Hours for the position are Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 730-130. One Saturday every 6-8 weeks on rotation schedule.
Pay based on level of experience. Dental and Eaglesoft knowledge preferred but not required.
Duties would include:
Verifying patients insurances prior to their arrival
Checking patients in, sometimes checking out when check out is busy.
Making sure patients information is correctly entered into our systems.
Collecting co-pays both past and current
Scanning, scheduling and confirming patients.
