Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements options.
• Educate patients while answering questions and addressing uncertainties regarding payment and treatment options.
• Effectively communicate prescribed treatment.
• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty.
• Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and courteously, modelling top service, empathy, and care standards always.
• Adhere to office policies and best practices to deliver outstanding service to all patients in an accurate and timely fashion

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of dental experience, treatment coordination experience in a similar environment
• Strong patient service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills, and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
• Self-starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
• Ability to work weekends and evenings when required based on patient/business needs
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Demonstrates strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Experience with dental software, Eaglesoft preferred but not required
• Positive CAN-DO attitude
