Outsource Testing, Inc. Winchester, VA

We are seeking a qualified candidate to preform onsite and remote technical support. This position is a part time position approximately 20 hours per week. Must be able to be onsite in Winchester, VA at minimum 1 day and remote the other days.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Asset tagging endpoint devices
  • Manual entry of information into system on devices
  • Creating customer tickets.
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral
  • Upbeat/friendly attitude and personality, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, be able to triage technical issues, getting to the root of the problem in a timely matter and document issue(s).
  • Able to trouble shoot Internet connection issues, hardware issues.
  • Provides support to end users with an enthusiastic attitude to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues to customer's satisfaction.
  • Ensures creation of tickets and escalation to appropriate group(s)..

Required:

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work individually or as a member of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a help desk environment involving phone and email support.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interface with customers in a stressful environment without compromising the tenets of good customer relations practice
