Our Technology Infrastructure Services Division is currently seeking an Information Technology Associate within the Member Support Desktop Team unit. Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II of the Enterprise Desktop Support Section, the Information Technology Associate works primarily in the Client Services domain and performs a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem solving.

Duties include but are not limited to: Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform a variety of complex technical tasks to assist assigned client division users with requests.
  • Utilize information technology resources such as established unit procedures, internet searches, vendor documentation, team documentation to address everyday business needs to include install, uninstall, upgrade, and support personal desktop computers, peripheral equipment, mobile devices and software to fulfill user needs.
  • Coordinate andcommunicate with other ITSB staff, customers, and occasionally vendors, for technical information to fulfill requests.
  • Write draft procedures and update existing procedures in support of the desktop personal productivity environment.
  • Assist users with related environment training as needed.

Pay: $4,516.00 - $7,998.00 per month
