North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center focused on providing patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services accessible to everyone in our community. To meet this aim, we have an opportunity for an Information Technology specialist to join our team. Your role will be to provide expertise and support on Computer and Operating System related matters. You will have the chance to work with a talented, and driven team of people that make work enjoyable.

What we’re looking for:

• An I.T. professional with 2+ years of desktop support experience
• A +, and or Network +, or related college course completion
• Experience supporting, and troubleshooting the Windows operating system, Windows RDP servers
• A team player who has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent requests for help with a smile
• Comfort/experience in dealing with a variety personalities including, at times, under stress
• A clear communicator
