Responsibilities:The Developmental Specialist provides in-home and field support services to children from birth to five years old and their families. This position allows you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of families and work with a team to provide quality services to a child’s journey in achieving healthy, social, emotional, and educational milestones.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in child development, early childhood, social work, psychology or related field (OT, PT, S/L,) and/ or humanities.
- 2-3 years of experience working with children in either classroom, office, or home-based setting with a developmental focus.
- Current Florida Driver's License and auto insurance as well as the availability (or utilization) of personal transportation is required.
- Fluency in English, as well as Spanish and/or Creole, preferred.
